POrk spareRibs Kaldereta

another best tasting dish from my sister pork spareribs "calderata" here are the ingredients: 1 1/2 pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces;4 gloves of garlic; onion;tomato sauce;liver spread;2 tablespoons oyster sauce;2 tablespoons sesame oil;2 cups cooking oil;3 tablespoons soy sauce;pinch of chili powder;black peppercorn;2 pcs potato; 1 cup of water; for garnishing: quail eggs and grated cheddar cheese here's how:  



marinate pork ribs in soy sauce, garlic,chili powder, black peppercorn, oyster sauce, sesame oil and set aside..fry potato in a pan and set aside.. in separate pan saute onion until translucent add the pork and fry until golden brown add the marinate and tomato sauce then simmer for 30 minutes in a low to medium heat until the meat is tender season with salt to taste then add the liver spread and add in the cooked potato and garnish with grated cheddar cheese and cooked quail eggs.  lets eat!
