Mixed vEggies with buTtered Shrimps

a healthy dish from my wife, apparently, my kids and i only love to eat the shrimps...anyways, i thought i'd like to share the recipe: shrimps, shelled & deveined; chicken liver and gizzard;cauliflower, broken to bite size; celery; string beans; snow peas;cabbage;carrots;young corn;red & green bell pepper;garlic;onions;cornstarch dissolved in water (as thickener);chicken stock;fish sauce(patis); oil; butter;salt; my wife don't use any measurements for the ingredients, all are defending on your preference and taste..here's how:
in a medium heat, put butter in a wok and saute minced garlic and shrimp until cooked and set aside.  on the same wok, add a little oil and saute garlic & onions then add in the chicken liver and gizzard. Add 1 cup of stock, pinch of salt and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked. add in the shrimp (shelled and deviened) then all the vegetables. Add a cup of stock as necessary, patis and the dissolved cornstarch. Cook until the vegetables are done defending on your preference. season with salt and pepper to taste.  Meanwhile, saute garlic in a butter and add in the shrimps when done put on top of cooked vegies and serve.
